We believe work should be rethought. We're no longer in the age of factories: today work is in our heads, not in the hours we spend sitting in one place.
It's unfair that everyone works the same amount of time when someone can do their job in 20 minutes. And it's unfair that we have to go to an office, wasting time commuting, when we can work from wherever we want and whenever we want. That's why at Neolo we have a work culture based on giving our team time and freedom, not control and surveillance.
No time tracking
We don't measure time, we measure results. Each person organizes their day in the way that works best for them. If someone wants to pick up their kids from school, work from a café, or stay in bed a little longer, no problem: we are anti-calendar and anti-time-tracking.
No office
We work from wherever each person chooses. No daily commutes, and the same performance.
Pro family and friends
Working when we want lets us not miss a single school event of our children, and be present at birthdays and at breakfast with friends.
Pro critical thinking
We ask why things are the way they are, and we value each person thinking for themselves.
Pro autonomy
We trust that each person knows how to do their job well and can decide how to do it.

Everything that can be automated and that an AI does better than a human, an AI will do. Human work is reserved for what makes us unique and irreplaceable.

The whole team has worked from Latin America since 2002, and the company is also run from the region.

The whole team works remotely
A teammate became pregnant and we didn't want her to travel an hour each way. We got the entire company ready to work remotely with the same performance, without taking any transport. Since then, we all work remotely 100%.

We stopped tracking hours
We eliminated time tracking. Each person organizes their day and what we measure is results, not time.
