Articular tu filosof\u00eda empresarial en s\u00f3lo unas pocas palabras, significativas. As\u00ed es: la cultura de una empresa puede comenzar con las palabras, pero esas palabras tienen que representar algo que en realidad representa. Por ejemplo: \u00abLas necesidades del paciente son lo primero\u00bb.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>2. Elaborar en su filosof\u00eda central con una breve lista de valores fundamentales: una lista lo suficientemente corta para que cada empleado la pueda entender, memorizar e internalizar para que sea \u00fatil y tenga sentido. Tus valores fundamentales deben cubrir c\u00f3mo los clientes, empleados y proveedores deben ser tratados en todo momento.<\/p>\n<p>3. Reforzar tu compromiso con estos valores continuamente. No es cuesti\u00f3n de recordarlo en cada reuni\u00f3n que realices pero tampoco hacerlo s\u00f3lo en el festejo de a\u00f1o nuevo. Los extremos no son buenos, pero puedes organizar un plan para recordar de distintas formas en distintos eventos y\/o comunicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>4. Coloca tu filosof\u00eda en el foco de la estrategia de cualquier acci\u00f3n. De esa manera, si la seguridad es uno de sus valores fundamentales y subraya esto en todos los procesos no puede pasar por ejemplo, el siguiente caso: que en el segundo d\u00eda, cuando un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo del nuevo empleado le dice \u00bbEn este restaurante, apilamos las sillas en frente de la salida de emergencia cuando necesitamos m\u00e1s espacio para hacer nuestro trabajo de preparaci\u00f3n\u201d&#8217; [Esto es un ejemplo de la vida real, por desgracia], ya que el nuevo empleado va a experimentar una disonancia cognitiva en vez de poder alinear las acciones de la empresa con los valores fundamentales que se supone que comparte.<\/p>\n<p>5. Entrar, apoyar, reforzar y si es necesario, utilizar la disciplina para hacer cumplir lo que es importante para ti y tu empresa. Una declaraci\u00f3n de valores fundamentales es bidimensional hasta que se lleva a la vida real, con las personas adecuadas y la orientaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. \u201cEl mantenimiento de una cultura es como criar a un adolescente.
