En ese momento, se ha comenzado a construir una relaci\u00f3n. El mundo online da la oportunidad de preguntar al cliente qu\u00e9 le gusta y qu\u00e9 le gustar\u00eda mejorar. En definitiva, el feedback consiste en dialogar con el cliente para conocerlo mejor y construir una relaci\u00f3n basada en sus necesidades.<\/li>\n<li>Fidelizaci\u00f3n: Internet permite la creaci\u00f3n de comunidades de usuarios que generen contenidos de forma que se cree un di\u00e1logo personalizado con los clientes, quienes podr\u00e1n ser de esta manera cada m\u00e1s \u201cfieles\u201d.
